MAKK Strategies provides a comprehensive training program allowing employees to gain a complete understanding of Personal Productivity and how it provides them with competitive advantages over the competition. Participants will be trained on the SPECS© Productivity Process and are provided with tools and strategies on how to take full advantage of its principles. We are able to tailor training sessions to meet a wide variety of special needs because all training is provided directly by MAKK Strategies. Sessions are designed for maximum hands-on interaction where employees are trained in a group setting and/or individually.
Training Session Descriptions: (can be employed in conjunction with one another or separately):
SPECS© Workshop-Group workshop on the basics of the MAKK Strategies Organizational and Time Management training, giving an overview of each of the components of SPECS-Sorting, Prioritizing, Eliminating, Containing, and Scheduling. Also covered: the cost of disorganization-how to minimize this cost; Time Utilization; Organizational Techniques; Priority setting and scheduling to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and much more. (One hour, two hour or half-day workshops available)
Hands-on Training (One-on-One Training Only)-Training consisting of several phases-from analysis to adaptation.
Phase One: Analysis of business procedures and workflow to and from the employee and/or the department.
Phase Two: Design of methods changes to facilitate SPECS implementation.
Phase Three: Documentation of processes and/or method changes.
Phase Four: Implementation of method changes and SPECS system. One-on-one training in each of the components of SPECS.
Phase Five: Review of level of adaptation to the SPECS system. Follow-up phone and/or on-site coaching available.
